DESCRIPTION Infused with seven warming essential oils to strengthen and support the body’s natural defences during seasonal illness, fatigue and nausea. As the botanical vapours gently release, breathe in their medicinal aromas to restore comfort and wellbeing to body and mind. Apply after bathing to the chest, back, stomach and soles of the feet. INGREDIENTS • Ginger provides a comforting warming sensation that helps ease feelings of nausea, fatigue and seasonal discomfort while helping to revive the senses and support overall wellbeing. • Black Pepper, Clove and Cinnamon create a deeply warming and stimulating effect that helps comfort the body during seasonal illness, support circulation and encourage a feeling of restored vitality. • Lemon helps purify and refresh with its bright citrus aroma, while its uplifting botanical vapours help create a clearer and more invigorating breathing experience. • Bergamot and Sage release refreshing herbal vapours that help clear the mind, ease emotional fatigue and promote a comforting sense of balance and wellbeing. • Aloe Ferox and Glycerin help soothe, hydrate and comfort the skin, allowing the chest rub to glide on smoothly while nourishing the skin during use. • Arnica is traditionally used to comfort tired, overworked bodies and help ease feelings of tension and physical strain, supporting relaxation and recovery during times of fatigue and seasonal illness. APPLICATION Apply to the chest, back, stomach and soles of the feet to help comfort the body during seasonal illness, fatigue and nausea. Gently massage into the skin and inhale the warming botanical vapours to help ease congestion and revive the senses. For congestion, rub a small amount between the palms and inhale deeply. For an aromatic steam, add a spoonful to hot water and inhale the vapours for several minutes. NOTE: Not suitable for children under 6 years old.
