INGREDIENTS • Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) is an antioxidant that helps protect your cells against the effects of free radicals which might play a role in heart disease. It also helps boost your immune system. • Calcium promotes bone growth, strength and vitality. • Magnesium plays a key role in heart and bone function, supports nerve and muscle function, contributes to increased bone density and keeps bones healthy and strong. • Gingko Biloba helps to deliver oxygen and essential nutrients to the brain. • Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) plays an important role in energy metabolism and cell health. It helps keep your nervous system, digestive system and skin healthy. • Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that helps to repair damaged cells. It has anti-inflammatory properties and is known for its benefits for skin health. • Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid) is an important vitamin needed for the production of red blood cells in the body.
