• Ginger is warming and energising and works as a powerful antidote to harmful bacteria.
• Lemon is deeply cleansing, with powerful anti-microbial and disinfectant properties. It boosts energy
and metabolism, invigorates our infection-fighting white blood cells and uplifts our mood.
• Clove fights infection, eases inflammation and relieves pain.
• Cinnamon acts as a natural antimicrobial agent. It also stimulates
circulation, boosts production of our infection-fighting T-cells, and helps
to reduce stress.
• Black Pepper is high in monoterpenes and sesquiterpenes, which are
