DESCRIPTION The Sh’Zen Super Cranberry vegicaps are formulated with a high-strength Cranberry Extract, which has been clinically researched and shown to be effective in supporting a healthy urinary tract. This powerful ingredient is supported by D-Mannose, a simple sugar that occurs naturally in cranberries, and Hibiscus Extract, known for its antibacterial properties. Use the supplement daily to reduce the incidence of chronic UTIs, or intensify the dose to help soothe infections. INGREDIENTS • Cranberry Extract has been used for many years as an effective supplement for people with urinary tract infections. Cranberries contain compounds called proanthocyanidins, which prevent E.coli bacteria from attaching to the lining of your urethra and bladder. If bacteria can’t stick to the tissues, they are unable to multiply and cause an infection. Several studies have found that taking a cranberry supplement regularly can significantly reduce the frequency of UTIs. • Hibiscus Extract is well known as an antiseptic and antibacterial agent and can help kill the bacteria responsible for UTIs. Studies have shown that with regular use, Hibiscus significantly decreases the likelihood of getting a UTI. • D-Mannose is a simple sugar. It is absorbed into our systems and then excreted through the kidneys, into the bladder. D-Mannose in the urine binds to the E.coli bacteria and that may prevent the bacteria from forming into big colonies and latching onto cells, so helping to flush the bacteria out of your system. APPLICATION Take 1 vegicap daily to maintain urinary tract health. If you’re suffering with a UTI, then you can up your dose to 1-2 vegicaps, three times a day, for five days.
