For best results, use before going to bed at night in conjunction with the Destressing Bath Crystals. Stroke your left shoulder firmly, in circular rnovements, with the whole of your relaxed right hand. Your hand should be draped over your shoulder while you support your elbow with your other hand. Push your fingers into the tight muscles on and behind the shoulder. Make small, firm circles over the painful areas. Repeat the stroking movement over the whole shoulder. Take your hand up the side of your neck, making circular movements again with your fingers and finish behind the ear. Repeat the whole sequence with the left hand on the right shoulder.
